Aikido, Meditation and Iaido classes are now offered through the City of Buena Park recreation program.

 Courses are offered continuously throughout the year in seven-week sessions.

For your first day of class: 

Please fill out our waiver before coming to class, and bring it with you.

For Aikido Students, if you have a gi (martial arts uniform), you may wear it with a white belt. Otherwise, please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. 
Long sweat pants are preferable to shorts.

Please, NO jewelry while working out (smooth wedding bands are the only exception).

Make sure all finger and toe nails are filed smooth to avoid scratching others.

For Iaido Students, you will need a gi (martial arts uniform) with a white belt. Eventually students will need to purchase a hakama and iaito.
