throughout the year in seven-week sessions
Iaido students must be 13 years and older

All new students must be 13 years and older, and enroll in the
Beginning Aikido class

For your first day of
Please fill out our waiver
before coming to class, and bring it with you.
Students, if you have a gi (martial arts uniform),
you may wear it with a white belt.
Otherwise, please wear comfortable,
loose fitting sports clothing (no shorts).
Please, NO jewelry while working out (smooth wedding
bands are the only exception).
Make sure all finger and toe nails are filed smooth to
avoid scratching others.
For Iaido Students,
you will need a gi (martial arts uniform) with a white belt. Hakama
(pleated pants) are optional. New
students may borrow dojo weapons. Non-beginning students are encouraged
to own personal weapons (bokken or iaito). For safety reasons,
