Aikido,
Meditation and
Iaido classes are offered through the City of Buena Park recreation
program.
Classes are
continuous
throughout the year in seven-week sessions
Iaido/Meditation Class
Iaido students must be 12 years and older
Meditation class is open to all aikido and iaido students
Beginning Aikido
Ail new students must be 10 years and older, and enroll in the
Beginning Aikido class.
(To attend on Wednesdays, you must be enrolled in the
Intermediate/Advanced Class)
Intermediate/Advanced Class
Aikido students signing up for this class must have instructor
approval

For your first day of
class:
Please fill out our waiver
before coming to class, and bring it with you.
For Aikido
Students, if you have a gi (martial arts uniform),
you may wear it with a white belt. Otherwise, please wear comfortable,
loose fitting clothing.
Long sweat pants are preferable to shorts.
Please, NO jewelry while working out (smooth wedding
bands are the only exception).
Make sure all finger and toe nails are filed smooth to
avoid scratching others.
For Iaido Students,
you will need a gi (martial arts uniform) with a white belt. Eventually
students will need to purchase a hakama and iaito.
