Aikido Association of America Western Region

The AAA Western Region currently has active affiliates in Arizona, California, Oregon, and Utah. These dojo meet regularly for seminars and black belt examinations. 

The Western Region Director is Christine Dyer, 5th dan

The Western Region Shibucho (Branch Leader) is James Nakayama, 6th dan

AAA National Teaching Committee

The AAA has a National Teaching Committee whose members must hold the rank of 4th degree black belt or higher. Their duties include conducting seminars and workshops and supervising examinations.
